Community Services

Discover how to cope with the grief of loss. No one is prepared to deal with the loss of a loved one, whether it is a friend, significant other or parent. The pain of loss can be difficult to bear alone. At Hometown Homecare, we don't expect anyone to deal with loss alone. Take advantage of our FREE grief counseling and FREE support groups which are available to anyone in the community.

Learn how you can make a difference in someone's life as a hospice volunteer. Do you enjoy helping people? Are you seeking to enrich your life and the life of another person? Please consider volunteering with Hometown Homecare. You will make a difference not only in your life, but in the life of someone else and their family.

Do you worry about a friend or family member who lives alone? You may not always be able to check on a friend or family member who lives alone. We can provide Peace-of-Mind phone calls, Monday-Friday at a time you choose to check on them. If for any reason they are in trouble or do not answer, we will contact you or another loved one to alert you that there may be an issue.
